Background: Savvi was born and raised here at SFC and has been such a special girl in our program. She is a 4th generation from our original bloodlines. She comes to you spayed and up to date with a recent dental and all core vaccinations completed as well as Rabies. She is pure love. She is loyal, friendly, intelligent and so smart. She is a black fawn brindle, harlequin Merle smooth coat female with two blue eyes. She is almost 3 years old. She has had her eyes certified two times with a special eye specialist to ensure they are the healthiest possible eyes for breeding and she has passed both times. Although, she is spayed, her health is still top notch. She is also certified or her patellas (knees) and heart. All of her health testing is public on our data base.

She has been an integral part of our breeding program over the last few years and it is now time for her to retire to a forever home. She has been pre-loved, pre-spoiled and cherished during her time with us. She loves to sleep in bed, loves fresh laundry, loves snuggles and wants to be the center of your day. She loves people and other animals. She is incredibly friendly and just an overall wonderful Chihuahua. She is a minimal barker believe it or not! She loves her name so please consider keeping it the same. She has been a very healthy girl and has had consistent health care provided to her. She has been spayed and our vet always does a final dental to be sure our Chis leave with shiny and healthy teeth. The links above for her Embark and OFA should be accurate to show her health screenings we have completed. Savvi is not leash trained but I really don't foresee her not catching on to this when you go to walk her on a leash. She does tend to get car sick at this time but she hasn't been in the car very much to help alleviate the motion sickness. Savvi is easy to bathe and trim nails. She is pee pad trained and dog door trained as well as crate trained. For the most part Savvi uses the pee pads when inside and uses the grass when outside for potty time. She does very well with both. Savvi does well with both men or women and I think she would do fine with children, but we don't have small children in our home so we can't confirm this. I believe Savvi would also do well with cats or large breed dogs.

We encourage all prospective adopters to really think this through and not take on a dog that may not work for you. We want her next home to be her forever home. To submit an application for Savvi, please use our puppy application for consideration.

  • Please be aware that Savvi is from a breeding home. She will not be fully potty trained in a new environment and will take patience and the ability to retrain to establish a new routine

  • Please read the post below about the 3/3/3 rule! Not one dog is like another and you need to be open minded when adopting an adult dog who is very used to their current environment

  • Shipping available (new owner agrees to pay for return shipping if placement doesn't work out)

  • Meet in greet encouraged but not required
