🐶 About Kodiak

Kodiak 🤎

Kodiak is a sweet, charming little boy with a soft and gentle personality that makes him incredibly easy to love. He has a sensitive side to him and can be a bit more thoughtful in new situations at first, but he adjusts beautifully and settles in very well once he feels comfortable.

He is the kind of dog who forms strong bonds with his people and genuinely enjoys companionship and affection. Kodiak has a calm, loving nature and carries himself with a quiet sweetness that makes him such a comforting presence to have around.

While he may initially take a moment to observe and acclimate, he transitions wonderfully and has proven to be very adaptable. I truly believe Kodiak would do well in just about any home environment—whether that’s a quieter household looking for a loyal companion or a family wanting a loving little sidekick to include in everyday life.

Kodiak is simply a really good boy with a tender heart, and he deserves a home where he will be cherished for the special little soul that he is. 🐾

He is:

  • Leash trained!

  • Pee pad and dog door trained

  • Crate trained

  • A minimal barker

  • Treat motivated and smart

  • Gentle, people-friendly, and great with other dogs

  • A little shy in new environments, but becomes affectionate once settled

  • Eats Purina Pro Plan and does great on it

Kodiak comes from exceptional bloodlines and has been well cared for in every way. He has a thick long coat with a beautiful tri-color pattern and striking markings.

🏡 Ideal Home

Whether you're an individual or a family, Kodiak would thrive with:

  • A calm, patient home willing to give him time to adjust

  • A love for the outdoors—he lives for adventures

  • An adopter open to reintroducing potty training as he transitions to a new environment

📌 Please remember: Although he's trained in our home, all adult dogs need a refresher when entering a new space. Patience is key!
