🐶 About Nascar

Nascar is an incredibly charming and handsome boy who has quietly grown into something really special. He has a confident yet easygoing personality, paired with a friendly, affectionate nature that makes him a joy to be around. He’s the kind of dog who settles in beautifully—equally happy soaking up attention or just relaxing nearby.

Interestingly, Nascar was completely overlooked as a young puppy, which makes it all the more rewarding to see the boy he’s become. We ultimately held him back for our program, but have since decided that keeping another merle male isn’t the right fit for our plans moving forward.

Nascar would make an exceptional companion in a loving home. He gets along with other dogs. He is playful and fun! 

💕 Personality & Training

Nascar is incredibly outgoing, sweet, and affectionate. He thrives around people and other dogs and would do well in a home that gives him time, love, and patience.

He is:

• Potty pad trained

• Dog door trained (goes outside to potty)

• Treat motivated

• Crate trained

• A minimal barker

• Not leash trained yet

• Easy to groom and trim nails

• Docile and social with both men and women

• Has not been exposed to small children, large dogs, or cats

He will likely need potty training reinforcement in a new environment, especially during his adjustment phase. Most dogs improve quickly once altered and removed from a breeding setting, but accidents are to be expected in the beginning.

For Pet Homes:

• Neuter must be completed within 120 days of adoption

• Please be patient with the transition process— Nascar will need time to adjust using the 3-3-3 rule

📦 Adoption Process

• Application required for all homes

• Meet & greets available after pre-approval
  (Held on our puppy pickup dates, Tues–Thursday)

• Shipping available (at adopter’s expense; return shipping is also your responsibility if the placement doesn’t work out)
